Why Frogs?

Frogs Hospitality Services was named so, as to not confuse

potential customers trying to remember the college or institution in

which they wish to study with.

Frogs is unique and the name is simple and easy to remember

people hearing of our courses will have less chance enrolling in the

incorrect college due to a similar name.

What does Frogs stand for?

When Frogs was created we did not have an acronym as such for

the name is was all about product identification, branding and sales

pitches such as "look before you leap", "hop to it" and such.

The students have suggested the following acronym:

F - for
R - reliable
O - organised
G - guaranteed
S - staff

What clothes do I have to wear?

The traditional "Black & Whites" e.g..

Male - black pants, white collared shirt (long or short sleeved) or a

black crew neck top no prints. Enclosed shoes usually business/

college shoe.

Females - black pants/ skirt, white collared shirt (long or short

sleeved) or a black crew neck top no prints. Enclosed shoes usually

business 1/4 inch court shoe.

My personal commitments/ work/ Uni clashes with the course

schedule?

Frogs courses are designed for people in industry. We understand

the needs of our students and have a range of study options to

cater for your needs e.g.. say you work Thursday night and do Uni in

the day on Tuesday and Thursday you want to do the "Bar & Gaming

Course".

You could study the day course 8.30am - 3.30pm Mon, Wed & Fri

& catch up on the missed tuition on the night course 6pm - 9pm on

Tues, Wed & Fri Night.

Ok it will be a big week, however you will not lose any money or time

from UNI/ Sport.

I want to do a Bar Course and already have my RSA, Do I get a

discount?

YES - Your fee will be reduced by $25. This will only be done when

the RSA certificate has been sighted and authenticated by the

College Training Co-ordinator. All RSA & RSG Certificates are state

specific, Students holding these certificates will not be eligible for a

discount.

I missed most of the course what happens from here?

Frogs Hospitality services will automatically carry your enrolment

over to the next available course. This process continues for a

period of three (3) Months.

If I get a job do I still have to do the work experience?

If the job is in the field in which you studied of course not, the

experience is for you to get the speed and efficiency of experienced

industry staff members. I you are not getting the exposure in all

areas studied e.g.. TAB

you may wish to arrange experience in those areas. This can be

arranged outside your schedule.

How old do you have to be to do your courses?

There are only age restrictions on the Gaming Courses (students

must be over 18 years of age).

All other courses are open to all ages
