hotel staff were very
friendly and one staff member signed to me,
this made me feel
very comfortable".

(Deaf student) said " all the staff of
Frogs have
been very helpful. At first I was
very worried about
how they (Frogs) would look after us, too my suprise they were all
willing to help and very patient.
